''Chicken and rice patties
How the lesson went: The lesson went pretty good. we fell a little bit behind but we just managed to catch back up with the rest of the class. we finished cooking and got to go home first.
Positives:
- My group came in and got straight into cooking.
- We washed our hands before and after handling the food.
- we worked well together and stayed focused.
- we were careful with the knifes and cut the ingredients on the correct chopping board.
- we cooked well and finished early.
- we cleaned up fast and were one of the first groups finished.
- we washed the chopping boards before and after we used them.
- we didn't follow the correct cooking method.
- we cut the chicken in chunks instead of strips witch made it harder to shred.
- we fell behind through out the lesson but we caught back up.
- we talked through out the lesson
Next time:
- we will follow the correct cooking method
- stay focused the whole lesson so this way we wont get distracted.
- focus on finishing // cooking instead of talking.
