PROJECT BASED LEARNING 

Friday 24th November 2017 

Today we had a lady come in and talk to us about homelessness and how we could help! she talked to us about some of the thing's they do for the homelessness community and how they help them survive with the living conditions and supply them with everyday needs like food, water, shower etc. there are many different shelters around our community... there is a woman's shelter, a men's shelter, a family shelter and evan a bisexual shelter so there is a place for everyone. the ways we could help is by bringing in some old clothes, shoes, blankets etc also bringing in some food that you dont want will help them and supplying the homelessness with food and even family's that just can't afford food on their average daily income.

DESCRIPTION: OUR TOPIC IS HOMELESSNESS. AROUND THE WORLD THEIR ARE 41,000 HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING ON THE STREETS WITH NOTHING BUT THE CLOTHES THEY HAVE ON THEIR BACK AND WHATEVER THE COULD GRAB OF THEIR BELONGINGS. OUR AIM IS TO LOWER THE NUMBER OF HOMELESSNESS ON OUR STREETS AND PROVIDE  A FRESH START FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILY'S.

ACTION: OUR ACTION IS TWO TALK TO THE HOMELESS AND ASK THEM WHAT THEIR REQUEST AND IDEAS MAY BE TO HELP BENEFIT THEIR COMMUNITY AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO HELP. 

IMPACT: THE IMPACT OF OUR PROJECT WILL HELP THE COMMUNITY OF HOMELESSNESS PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILY'S TO GET BACK ON THEIR FEET AND START FRESH... WE ARE GOING TO PROVIDE FRESH FOOD AND CLEAN WATER AT HOMELESS SHELTERS AROUND THE COMMUNITY WITCH WILL BE WELCOME TO EVERYBODY.

Social Studies

Um so we recently started a presentation on Antarctica tourism.... In my group was Olivia, Jade and myself. At times we didn't pay attention in class or do work but we had surprisingly completed a 7 slide presentation and were able to share it with our class... even though we weren't  ready to share it with the class.. we could improve on our research cause it wasnt interesting at all and maybe our presentation.
